• Acm365 may request a national ID or other supporting documents for age verification at any time.
• Failure to pass age verification may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals can only be processed via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be held if account verification is incomplete. acm365 reserves the right to request additional verification for any suspicious transaction.

• In Sports Betting, markets may be voided or restricted in response to changing circumstances during a match.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a system error or vulnerability will be deemed void.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, acm365's decision is final.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Acm365 may temporarily or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• If these Terms and Conditions are violated.

• Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

You may request to close your account at any time. The account will be closed within 48 hours of receiving your request.
